It became clear to me that the full album hadn’t been listened to, and a lot of the feedback felt quite generic and almost AI-generated rather than specific to the project. I raised this with them and, to their credit, they took it seriously and sent me a completely revised review. The second review was night and day — detailed, track-specific, constructive and clearly showed that proper time had been spent listening to the album. It was exactly the kind of honest feedback I was looking for and gave me some genuinely useful points to consider before release. Really happy with how they handled the revision and the final review was top quality.
