With more than 25 years of experience in the music industry, I've built my career discovering, programming and championing great music across some of the UK's biggest radio and television brands. My journey has taken me from Capital FM and BBC Radio 1 before spending 11 years as Music Programming Manager at MTV, where I was responsible for curating and programming music channels across Europe, Australia and Latin America. Throughout my career I've worked closely with record labels, artists and management teams, helping shape playlists, identify standout tracks and connect music with audiences of millions. I've listened to thousands of new releases spanning every genre imaginable, developing a strong instinct for what makes a song memorable, commercially appealing and emotionally engaging. Whether it's songwriting, production, vocal performance, originality or overall commercial potential, I provide honest, constructive and professional feedback designed to help artists develop their music and reach the next level. My aim is always to offer thoughtful, balanced feedback that highlights what's working, identifies opportunities for improvement and helps artists create the strongest possible version of their music.
