Terms and Conditions

Effective date: June 30th 2026

Welcome to Music Feedback Pro. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website, platform, and services.

By using Music Feedback Pro, creating an account, submitting a campaign, applying as a curator, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Music Feedback Pro is a music feedback and review platform.

For any questions, contact us at info@musicfeedbackpro.com.

2. What Music Feedback Pro Does

Music Feedback Pro connects artists, musicians, labels, and music PR professionals with music reviewers, blogs, media outlets, and approved curators.

Our platform is focused on:

  • Professional music feedback
  • Written music reviews
  • Editorial review opportunities
  • Media and blog feedback
  • Curator responses
  • Possible social share opportunities from approved reviewers, blogs, or media outlets

Music Feedback Pro does not offer playlisting, fake streams, guaranteed press coverage, guaranteed positive reviews, or artificial music promotion.

3. Eligibility

To use Music Feedback Pro, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorised representative.

By submitting music, creating a campaign, or applying as a curator, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so.

4. Artist Campaigns

Artists can create a campaign by submitting music, release information, artist details, links, images, and any other required materials.

The campaign fee is currently £15 per campaign for a campaign period of one month.

Artists may submit unreleased music up to 30 days before the release date. Already released music may also be submitted, provided it meets our campaign requirements.

5. Campaign Approval

All campaigns are reviewed before going live.

We approve campaigns to make sure reviewers, blogs, and media outlets have the information they need to fairly assess the music. Approval does not guarantee that your campaign will receive responses, offers, reviews, or coverage.

We may reject, pause, or request changes to a campaign if the submission is incomplete, misleading, low quality, inappropriate, or does not meet our platform standards.

6. Offers and Responses

During a campaign, artists may receive responses, review interest, editorial opportunities, or other offers from approved curators, reviewers, blogs, or media outlets.

Artists remain in control of what they accept.

Some curators or outlets may provide additional opportunities outside the original campaign fee. Any such opportunity should be clearly presented before the artist chooses to accept it.

Music Feedback Pro does not guarantee that every campaign will receive offers or responses.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Music Feedback Pro provides access to a platform and network of reviewers, curators, blogs, and media outlets.

We do not guarantee:

  • Positive reviews
  • A specific rating
  • A specific number of responses
  • Press coverage
  • Social media shares
  • Music sales
  • Streaming growth
  • Radio play
  • Chart placement
  • Follower growth
  • Any specific commercial result

Feedback and reviews are based on the independent opinion of the reviewer, curator, blog, or media outlet.

8. Payments

Campaign fees must be paid before a campaign can be reviewed and approved.

All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. We may update our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect campaigns already purchased.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital campaign setup, platform access, and review preparation, campaign fees are generally non-refundable once a campaign has been submitted for review.

However, we may consider refunds at our discretion if:

  • A technical error prevents campaign delivery
  • A campaign is rejected before going live
  • A duplicate payment is made
  • Music Feedback Pro is unable to provide the purchased service

The following refunds are issued automatically:

  • Campaign rejected by an admin. If our moderation team rejects your campaign during review, the £15 listing fee is automatically refunded to your original payment method and you will be notified by email.
  • No curator offers received within the 30-day campaign window. If your approved campaign reaches the end of its 30-day visibility period without receiving a single offer from a curator, reviewer, blog, or media outlet, the £15 listing fee is automatically refunded and you will be notified by email.

Automatic refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund requests should be sent to info@musicfeedbackpro.com.

10. Artist Responsibilities

Artists are responsible for making sure that all submitted information is accurate and lawful.

You confirm that:

  • You own or control the rights to the music you submit
  • You have permission to use any images, videos, logos, artwork, or written materials you upload
  • Your submission does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or any third-party rights
  • Your campaign does not include false, misleading, abusive, offensive, or illegal content

11. Curator, Reviewer, Blog, and Media Outlet Responsibilities

Curators, reviewers, blogs, and media outlets using Music Feedback Pro must provide honest, fair, and professional feedback.

Curators must not:

  • Promise guaranteed positive reviews
  • Request payment outside approved platform processes without clear disclosure
  • Misrepresent their audience, publication, or credentials
  • Use artist submissions for unauthorised purposes
  • Copy, distribute, or exploit artist content without permission
  • Submit AI-generated, copied, or low-quality feedback as original work

We reserve the right to remove curators who breach our standards.

12. Content Rights

Artists retain ownership of their music, artwork, images, videos, press materials, and brand assets.

By submitting a campaign, you grant Music Feedback Pro a limited licence to use your submitted materials for the purpose of operating, reviewing, displaying, and promoting your campaign within the platform.

This may include showing campaign information to approved reviewers, curators, blogs, and media outlets.

We will not claim ownership of your music.

13. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews, feedback, and curator responses may contain subjective opinions.

You understand that feedback may include constructive criticism and may not always be positive.

Music Feedback Pro does not require reviewers to provide favourable reviews. The purpose of the platform is to support honest, useful, and credible music feedback.

14. Prohibited Use

You must not use Music Feedback Pro to:

  • Submit music you do not have rights to
  • Upload harmful, illegal, abusive, hateful, or misleading content
  • Harass reviewers, curators, artists, or platform users
  • Attempt to manipulate reviews or feedback
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data
  • Interfere with the website, security, or platform functionality
  • Use the platform for spam, fraud, or unlawful activity

15. Account Suspension or Removal

We may suspend, restrict, or remove your access to Music Feedback Pro if we believe you have breached these Terms, misused the platform, submitted false information, or acted in a way that harms the platform, artists, reviewers, or curators.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

Music Feedback Pro may include links to third-party websites, streaming platforms, social media platforms, payment providers, blogs, or media outlets.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or actions of third-party websites or services.

17. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Music Feedback Pro available and working smoothly. However, we do not guarantee that the website or platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of the platform at any time.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law - Music Feedback Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of expected results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.

Continued use of Music Feedback Pro after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
