The project is built around the transatlantic creative partnership of Frank Lechtenberg – producer, guitarist, bassist and multi-instrumentalist based in Marienmünster, Germany – and Kari Ehli, vocalist and lyricist from Tacoma, WA. Their sound sits at the intersection of 80s post-punk, britpop and atmospheric dream pop: driving rhythms, layered guitars, and vocals that move between smoky warmth and quiet intensity. Their latest single Black Car (July 2026) captures the feeling of being six hours and a world apart from the one person who makes everything else irrelevant. Produced entirely by Frank Lechtenberg, mastered by Steve Kitch (UK) in 24-Bit Hi-Res, and released via recordJet. Press has drawn comparisons to Siouxsie and the Banshees, the Divinyls and Florence Welch.
